The Cyclone 200ES, an upgraded version of the beloved Cyclone 200E MIG welder, now offers an enhanced welding experience. While preserving all the qualities that made the Cyclone 200E exceptional, this model takes it a step further. It remains a reliable MIG welder with a robust 200A capacity and a steady 25% duty cycle at 180A, ensuring consistency in performance.

However, the new Cyclone 200ES introduces an exciting addition to its capabilities – stick welding. This comprehensive welder package now includes the option for stick welding, with the electrode holder and capabilities available as add-ons (see options for details). With a 160A stick output, this unit can comfortably accommodate welding rods of up to 1/8", catering to a wide range of stick welding needs. Additionally, the unit features a Flux-Cored mode, perfect for situations where MIG welding may be hindered by windy conditions.

Retaining its compact size and lightweight design, these supplementary features make the Cyclone 200ES an ideal choice for on-the-go welding, even in unpredictable job site conditions.

The PowerSet function simplifies setup, eliminating the need for complex charts or calculations. Just input your basic parameters, and the unit will automatically configure the output for you. While PowerSet ensures a solid weld, you can fine-tune the settings to match your specific work position and welding style. For those who prefer manual control, the unit offers a manual mode, with settings for MIG using 75/25 Ar/CO2, MIG with 100% CO2, and Flux-Cored (gasless) wire welding. It also supports manual welding for aluminum applications.

The Cyclone 200ES boasts a clear and bright display, ensuring visibility even in challenging lighting conditions, such as bright sunlight.

Despite its compact and lightweight build, the Cyclone 200ES accommodates up to 8" rolls weighing up to 12 lbs. It also accepts 4" rolls and offers the option to use a spool gun, particularly suitable for aluminum applications (note: Aluminum welding is compatible with Manual mode only).
