However, the new Cyclone 200ES introduces an exciting addition to its capabilities – stick welding. This comprehensive welder package now includes the option for stick welding, with the electrode holder and capabilities available as add-ons (see options for details). With a 160A stick output, this unit can comfortably accommodate welding rods of up to 1/8", catering to a wide range of stick welding needs. Additionally, the unit features a Flux-Cored mode, perfect for situations where MIG welding may be hindered by windy conditions.
Retaining its compact size and lightweight design, these supplementary features make the Cyclone 200ES an ideal choice for on-the-go welding, even in unpredictable job site conditions.
The PowerSet function simplifies setup, eliminating the need for complex charts or calculations. Just input your basic parameters, and the unit will automatically configure the output for you. For those who prefer manual control, the unit offers a manual mode, with settings for MIG using 75/25 Ar/CO2, MIG with 100% CO2, and Flux-Cored (gasless) wire welding.
