Extended Borehole Pattern: Alpha table side plates feature an extended 5 borehole pattern for added precision and adjustability. This pattern likely allows for various clamping and fixturing options, giving welders flexibility in their work setups.

Nitrided (Heat-Treated) Tabletop: All top and side plates of the Alpha table are constructed from heat-treated steel. The top plates are hardened to a high Rockwell hardness (HRC) of 58-62, while the side plates are slightly softer at 50-55 HRC. They are finished with a nitrite coating with a case depth of .0004-.0008″, which provides durability and resistance to wear and corrosion.

Plate Mounting Detail for Side Plates: The side plates on these tables use a self-locating bushing system. This system likely ensures precise alignment and easy attachment of the side plates to the main table structure, further enhancing the table's accuracy and usability.
