Description

Fusion Flow’s 7018 is an extra low hydrogen (H4R)-Moisture Resistant steel electrode for unalloyed construction steels with an extremely smooth spatter and turbulence-free arc transfer. The coating is totally non-conductive and with its easy re-strike and graphite tip, this electrode delivers unusually good AC welding characteristics

Use this electrode for joining and repairing boiler plate, pipe steels, ship building steels and cast steels. It is excellent for weathering steels such as Corten steel.

I run all types and brands of 6013, 7018,7014, 6011. For 7018, I definitely like these welding rods the best.

Mild steel is best welding rod

Burns smoother than lincoln. Doesn't splatter as much as other brands. This product is very qualityful.

I didn’t get my full order still waiting on one more item

strudy build

I have owned one for about 1.5 yrs. It is esab quality build and feels solid. It comes setup for .023 solid .035 fluxcore. No additional rollers. It does hole the larger 10-11 lb spools. That is nice.

Performance is ok. It jams a lot. I rune exclusively flux core I cannot figure out why. It arc just behind the tip and stops feeding. I think the motor cannot push the flux core wire through the long lead? The non adjustable slow feed/ pre flow is annoying. That is 2 second off your life waiting if you are running gas. I also think that contributes to the frequent jams, since the tip starts so close to defeat the preflow.

I cannot recommend this product, impressive build quality, but poorly functions. It seem like ESAB just wanted to compete with the smaller units and misses badly.

They look great

They look great out of the box and after washing(in fact, they fit better after washing, at least in my case). The colour is excellent for my choice, dark grey. The pockets are functional, easy to access, and are durably stitched together.

Great shirt for welding

Shirt fits true to size. The material is good and not too heavy. The color is great against skin complexion. Not to hot when working outdoor. Would recommend.

Pleased with the thickness. The long sleeve is rugged in construction, fits great, is well cut, and welcomes the t-shirt. Will definitely purchase it again!
